Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net loss, which is total loss minus total winnings. For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

6.1 Tier Upgrade Policy

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's regular activity and participation. If activity falls below a certain level within a given period, the tier may change.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the following activities, 333 beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating an account with false information.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical faults in any game or betting system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to harm other members.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence betting outcomes through dishonest means.

7.1 Account Closure Process

A member may also request to close their own account. Before closure, any pending bets must be settled and the balance must be withdrawn.
